What is the name of your state? MO.
I'am trying to find out what forms would be best to use for a purchase I'm making from a former boss. I'll be buying a truck/trailer combo unit and leasing it back to him. We have a lease agreement already. The equip.and plates will remain in his name until paid for. I'm looking for somthing that will protect me as well as him. IE: say I decide to break lease after a short time, how do I get my accts. reciveable from him, or how can I take equipment somewhere else when his name and plates are his?
