Can I start my own business (a LLC) on H-1?
If no, then I guess I have to seek a partner who is a Citizen of the US. My question is, is there a way that I can be termed as the owner of the business and its profits ?
My concern is that the profits should be in my name and also, the partner does not have the right to take over the business from me.
