I would like to start a new business that would be very similar to the old "tupperware party" business only it would be a "pajama party" business. I would sell unique pajamas for children and adults instead. My question is: If I buy fabric from fabric wholesale companies that have prints such as "Barbie", "Scoobie Doo", etc. and made pajamas from this material and sold the pajamas, would I be breaking any laws? Licensing laws etc.?
