hankl from missouri...we have laws governing traditional cash redemption slot machines. Would I be allowed to open a pachislo parlor where patrons purchase tokens and redeem their tokens for prizes and not cash. Machines used would be the skill-stop pachislo machines like those used in japan. the player stops the reels....they do not stop randomly or use any computer chips. the player completely controls the reels.
