My partner and I have started a business selling aircraft. We are incorporated as an S corporation. How protected are we personally from product liability suits if someone is unhappy with their purchase or more drastically if someone crashes the aircraft and we are sued. We are not personally working on the aircraft, but having some work done to improve the aircraft before the sale.
