What is the name of your state? Minnesota.

A month and a half ago I won a contest to which there were no written rules reguarding disqualification. I won it on merit through work for high sales. It was a Dell laptop. Dell and UPS physically attempted to ship me the product, however I moved and they were unable to do get my signature @ the wrong address. I resigned from my job during this time and asked the company to rereoute the package to my new address. The company routed the package to their office and is now using it (refusing to give it to me). Over 15 wittnesses knew of my win and @ least 4 know it was a shipping error that prevented my receiving it. Can I do anything?

**A: yes, of course you can sue in small claims court.
