mother-in-law died in florida left 1/2 of estate, living trust, to son and 1/2 to daughter, my wife. son was trustee, he paid himself his half but refused to pay sisters half. settlement agreement was signed, he breached it, sister sued him as trustee and personally for fraud since he had forced mother to sign over $150,000.00 in gov bonds 12 days before death, she was on oxycondin and morhpine with hospice...he paid all his legal fees out of sister's half of trust. was this legal??? repeat...was this legal????
