What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
My partner wants to obtain a SBA loan. He wants to put in a letter stating that I am not responsible for paying the loan. Am i liable for the loan?

**A: of course you would be liable since SBA will require you to sign as a personal loan guarantor.
