Judgement Lien against father

My father has a large hospital debt, the hospital through lawyers went to court a few years ago, and had a judgement lien put against my father. He is paying this agency representing the hospital the monthly amount agreed on in this judgement lien document each month. My question is, What is the judement lien against? My parents put their house under my sister and I names . His address is this house. Is their home in jeapardy eventhough is not under their name? Appreciate the help.

Did the transfer of deed to the home occur before or after he incurred the debt?
