What is the name of your state? Texas
My original question was "If no court date is scheduled for my small claims appeal, by either me or the defendent
"Does the case languish in some sort of black hole forever ?"
The Answer was:
*** Yep, or until the court dismisses it for lack of prosecution.

Now my question is
if the case is dismissed for lack of prosecution, does the original verdict stand? (The one that was appealed) Thanks for your help!

Dismissal

I did post it with my original post and no one answered. I'm desperate for an answer so I broke the BB etiquette and reposted. Do you know the answer? Does anyone know? Thanks a bunch!
