What is the name of your state? Kansas

The scenario:

'Bob' and 'Charlie' are in a 50-50 corporation together...Bob wants to dissolve the corporation, Charlie does not.

Can Bob (the president) legally force Charlie (secretary/treasurer) into dissolving the corporation?

Thank you in advance.

**A: yes, if that was the court's adjudication at the end of trial.
