What is the name of your state? Georgia

Hi,

I am trying to join the Army, but I have a domestic violence charge from a few years back on my record. This prevents me from owning/operating a firearm (Lautenberg Amendment).

Army regulation states that if the conviction is:

a) Expunged
b) set aside
c) pardoned
or
d) if civil rights are ordered to be restored

that I could join.

I am in Georgia, what course of action can I, or should I, take?

Thanks
