Mail Order Question

What is the name of your state? NY

I was wondering, if I wanted to start a mail order business selling food such as cookies, baked goods, etc. what do I need? Do I need special licensing, permits, anything else? I live in Ontario County in NY if that helps at all. Thanks.

Contact your county/city health department. After that, contact your county/city clerk/registar and inquire about licensing.
