I'm in boston, i want to file a law suit in california.
i sued in ny a few years ago and i remember going to the new york state circuit court on centre street, getting forms, writing out the case and then simply filing.
can i do all that long distance? i couldn't find a 'circuit court' in california.
can anyone help me with this?
