What is the name of your state? NJ
My wife and I had a contractor rebuild our front and side steps. They are both brick The job came out horrible. They are useless, and to top it off, they damaged my property and electric lines that were underground. We only payed them about 60% of the full amount. The owner walked away and said he was not going to finish and make things right. The Company is an LLC. I am going to take them to special civil court. My question is what can I expect since they are an LLC. They are not a small Company at all. I am suing them for about $7000.00. Am I waisting my time? Are there any tricks to getting my money from them.
Thanks in advance.

Brian
