What is the name of your state? I live in PA and I have received a judgement in my favor. The next step is to have that judgement executed. Which means a sale will be executed on items at the business location. If the sale does not produce an amount equal to the judgement, can I file another claim against the home address of the defendant.

*** Your post is somewhat confusing in that you mention a debtor 'business', then later a 'home address'.
If the judgment debtor is an individual or a d/b/a, then the answer is yes. You could serve an execution on both the home and business addresses. However, if the judgment debtor is a corporation, then there is no 'home address' and you can serve only on the corporation at its business address.
