SC. A friend of mine was stopped for speeding in Jasper County, SC. The officer said he was going 96 in a 70 (he was not) and issued him a ticket for $440. I have never heard of a ticket so high! I am trying to find a website that would explain the fees for tickets in that county but have had no luck. He wants to go to court on the matter, but I am not sure it would be worth the trouble. HELP!
