new license out of state

What is the name of your state? pennsylvania

my license is suspended for about 4 years here for driving while suspended, and originally for speeding. no DUIs or anything like that.

if i move to another state can i get a fresh license?

Some states have a "hardship" license that will allow you to drive to work. You should call the DMV and check.

**A: I highly doubt that this writer is going to get a hardship license.
Look at his history. He was speeding then got his license suspended. And got caught driving with a suspended license. I don't want him on the roads in any state.
