What period of time constitutes a weekend for every other weekend visits?

The "norm" can be 5pm 6pm or 7pm Friday until either 5pm 6pm or 7pm Sunday. But then, you can always arrange according to lifestyles. That's the "norm" I guess, but it can always be agreed upon by both parties. Good luck!

You should check your family law in your state. In my state, TX, it's from 6pm on Fri. to 6pm on Sun. every 1st, 3rd and 5th weekend of the month. If the child gets out of school early on Fri. then you can pick him up earlier. If the child gets out on a Thurs. then you can pick him up at 6pm Thurs to 6pm Sun. Same thing if he has Mon. off.
