My fiance and I would like to gain joint custody through talking with his daughters mother and deciding between the three of us what would be the best way to resolve custody issues. Now if we can sit down and decide upon days in which to see his daughter, how would we go about getting the agreement notarized?

Find a mediator in your area. Ask them to help to get the working down. Then you will need to sign it, and file it via the clerk of the court.
