What is the name of your state? FL
I have a legal issue that concerns an individual who is located in British Columbia, Canada. It will probably require my needing to file suit against the individual for breach of contract. And it is for an amount under $10K, which means it is headed to Small Claims Court.
I'm trying to ascertain info on how this will play out and if I have a case at all, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

My response:

No one here deals with International Law and Procedure. Looks like you may be screwed.
