What is the name of your state? Georgia

Georgia is jurisdiction of the contract.

If I'm suppose to receive notice by a certain date which has past and someone FedEx's me a letter and the letter within the FedEx package has a date from a year ago, what happens to the contract? Is the contract void from the date I received the letter (even though it was fradulently predated) or is it ignored?
