i was wondering if a person can asked a married couple to have there child take a paternity test. ive been told yes and no on this. if yes how can that be, doesn't a married couple have rights " any stranger off the street could then interfer with a family" state of california. oh and what is the milk man law?

i don't know what state you are in....but in my state you CAN petition to have a paternity test. even if the the child is living with it's mom who is married to someone else. if you can show just cause....a test is done.......i guess it depends on your state tho......and i hope whoever wants to do it...puts the child's best interests first....good luck
