How Do I use images legally?

What is the name of your state? Florida

How do I go about using Copyrighted images such as "Mickey Mouse" for use with my own products for resell?

Do I contact the company direct, and if so, how would I present myself to them?

I see websites that use the images legally for use with their "products".

Thank you in advance.

This isn't a copyright issue, it is a trademark issue.

To use a trademark, you will need permission from the trademark owner.

Did you ever think of pulling out the old credit card and purchasing a license to use?

Thank you for the information.

I apologize if I sound new to this, but I am. :)

Yes, I would like to purchase a license to use "Disney" images.

How do I go about doing this? Do I just call them up and ask them, or can an attorney do this for me, and is that necessary?

Thank you in advance.

Christ girl, you go all the way or you don't go at all do you?

First off, you won't get the license without about $1 million. That's why Disney has licensing agreements with VERY FEW distributors and manufacturers throughout the world.

FOrget it. You don't have the money nor the distribution and Disney's contract makes even the stauches attorney lose sleep.
