A Friend of mine is in search of her adoptive mother. She was born in New Jersey, in a hospital that has been torn down. She went to the Adoption agency, and was told the records have been sealed.
Does anyone know what can be done to obtain this information?
She has already tried a search agency, but they did nothing. She does not have an illness so she can't file a court order under medical reasons.
Please if anyone knows if there has been a new law passed about this subject or any information that could help her find out about her past, please respond to this Post.
