What is the name of your state? ID
I was recently trying to sell my paintball gun and had it posted on a Montana website along with several others. The forum admin. and store owner took down my thread and posted the gun as stolen. They sent me the email in which they said "stated the gun as stolen". There was no mention of my gun what-so-ever yet they still posted it as stolen. Is this considered slander?

Thank You,
Cody Thompson

No... I was kind of wondering about it...All I wanted was an apology from them for posting it on their site and now they want my attorney to contact them..I'ld much rather just say sorry and move on but they insist on bringing in lawyers... I'm affraid this will hurt their business and my reputation...
