What is the name of your state? Michigan

This owner of a business is going to turn me into the prosecuting attorney because i cashed a check there that was written out to me, it wasnt my checking account, but the check owner DID sign it himself. turns out, this checking account had been a closed account at the time. So now the owner of this business wants me to fork over the money ($200) or else hes gonna go to the P.A.

PLEASE someone!! i need some advice. Can I get in trouble here??? ahhhhH!

Yes. You need to pay the business owner for the bad check you passed, then you can go after the guy who wrote it (in court or with a baseball bat).
