my husband has been paying the same amount of child support for ten years now and has four years left. he has one year of alimony left which is non-modifiable. His total monthly payment represents 53% of his net income. He is supporting one child from his previous marriage and now have two children in his current marriage. His ex-wife sells real estate for her boyfriend and we suspect she is hiding income on her returns. The ex lives in Ga where we were living before we were transferred 1.9 years ago to KY. What are our chances of getting the child support reduced and does it make sense in light of legal fees and the duration left on the support. we are required to pay some college education as well.

Depend on if you have any proof of other income that she is hiding. If you have none, then chances are any modification will only raise the amount.
