My attorney could not find the law that covered it, but I thought military time could not be grounds for abandonment of your family? Does anyone know? I am in Missouri The evil grandparents of my deceased ex-husband sued me for custody after his death and my military enlistment had ended. The things that they do while they have my child should be criminal. The real problem is that they hate me, and my worst crime is being a Christian. Any ideas? We have been going to court for three plus years now and will be returning yet again soon.
