What is the name of your state? New York

Hello, I am asking this question for a friend. He is in the process of getting divorced and has another woman already. The soon to be ex-wife is harassing the new woman over the phone. Is there anything that they can legally do to make her stop. He doesn't want to complicate the divorce by talking to his divorce lawyer. What can he do? File a complaint with the Police?

Thank you for any help.

If the lawyer handling his divorce isn't aware there is already someone new in the picture, he sure the heck is going to find out if you file a complaint with the police. And you can be sure the wife's lawyer knows about her. He needs to tell his lawyer.

She needs to go to the judge in her county and ask for a peace bond agianst his ex wife. file a complaint or press charges to get this peace bond started.
