What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
My husband pays child support and I know that you can not claim on your Federal Income Taxes, what I want to know is why he can't benefit from the Child Tax Relief. You may support every week for them, why can't you receive half of the child tax relief?

When the ex goes back for an adjustment to support, make sure he requests to be awarded the tax deduction every year (settle for every other or cp takes one, ncp takes one....yadda, yadda).
