I have posted on the family law thread as well about the temporary guardian of my children disappearing. I have just learned that I will have to go through a Probate Court and fill out tons of paper work.
What I don't understand is this agreement my friend and I had didn't involve lawyers or children services or anything of the likes. So why would I have to go through paperwork and court just to get my children back? I am their birth mother and it was only supposed to be a temporary arrangement. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
