What is the name of your state? oregon
i need some info, i received a grand jury subpoena to testify against my husband for domestic abuse, i don't want to testify and am unwilling to show up, my question is what are the consequences if i don't show? the county is also saying he has been convicted of dv against me previously, however that was approxi 8-9 yrs ago. is there a statue of limitations on that?

go ahead and ignore the subpoena. then you will get to find out how your hubby felt sitting in a jail cell for beating you, because you will find yourself in jail.

why oh why do you want to stay with a man who beats you? are you that desperate for companionship?
