What is the name of your state? South Georgia
Just purchased a house from an estate/trust. Then 3 weeks after purchase after no success in finding the iron pins, I hired a surveyor. Turns out there is part of a house that has been built on the backside of my property and there is a fence from another house that also is about 20ft over the line that cuts into the property. I'm not sure how all of this happened I'm just curious what in the world I should do. Any advice would be most appreciated.

**A: do what you should have done prior to closing. With the survey, talk to the neighbors and have them sign encroachment agreements and record them.
