I took my ex back to court for an increase in child support. The court awarded me 21% of all his earnings after his base pay of 75,000. I had an attorney to represent me and after the hearing I asked him how the money would be dispursed he told me either quarterly or at the end of the year. How can I find this out for sure without being charged by my very expensive attorney? Every time I call their office it cost me big bucks.
