What is the name of your state?ca

I may possibly be arrested for fraudulent refunds. This is now with store loss prevention. How much evidence do they need to call the police and if they do then what can I do to help myself.

They can call the police on merely a suspicion. Whether they can prove anything would be the question. If they do, call an attorney.
