What is the name of your state? Indiana residing in Florida.

Could someone please call I am overwhelmed by this whole process, my father has been found compentent to manage certain affairs but POA insists on continuing to follow his process in order for him to get a big pay day!

You have not provided enough details about your situation for a complete understanding.

Has your father been involved with an official competency hearing?

Did your father give a POA that he now wishes to have officially revoked? He can now issue a letter stating that the POA is revoked, but you may want to consult a family law attorney or business law attorney or probate attorney about this to make sure the letter is worded correctly.

Is the POA a family member or not?
