Do I need a lawyer

What is the name of your state?Oregon
I am going to court on June 1st for a driving while suspended ticket. I have documentation from DMV that shows them sending my notice of suspension long after I was pulled over for driving while supspended. This is my first DUII offense and I cannot seem to get any questions answered by the courts on how and what I need to do. I need to know if I have by law have a lawyer to represent me or if I can do this myself?

You have got to be kidding.

First you post this in small claims forum. This has NOTHING to do with Small Claims. This is a DUI.

Next you say you were ticketed for driving on a suspended THEN say "This is my first DUII offense."

You think maybe it's YOU that hasn't gotten her story straight yet?
