What is the name of your state?Florida
I have a friend who is the sole support for his house in Florida. He and his wife are separated and she is in Texas and is NOT helping financially to keep the house going. He is having a very difficult time keeping all the bills paid and may loose the house to foreclosure. He is on a fixed income on disability.
Her name is on the mortgage papers and not on the deed etc. Does he have to get written or verbal approval from her to sell it??? She does not want him to sell it and has promised money that does not arive. I am willing to buy it at a fair market value. Thanks for your help and advice.
