What is the name of your state? UTAH
My wrongful death case settled in mediation. In the final stipulation the check (which is a large amount) was suppose to be distributed within 2 weeks. I called my lawyer and he said they didn't distribute...
Can they do that? Isn't the signed stipulation from the mediation a legal document? Can they change their minds now?
