What is the name of your state? Colorado-
I was charged with trespassing and assault. But the person I hit is my friend is not pressing charges. Also, his mom said I was welcome in the house and was not trespassing. I got a letter in the mail offering me a diversion program. I haven't gotten a court date or anything, but should I take diversion or decline and go to court pleading- not guilty? :confused:
