I don't know if this should go under real estate or divorce law.
Basically, we're divorced. In the papers it says he gets 50% of the equity. Since he left I have paid another 2500 toward the morgage. When we finish the sale of the house do I keep that money since I am the one who paid it? Or does he get free money?
