What is the name of your state?utah

I recieved a seatbelt ticket in nevada.I live in utah.I want to know

if when pleading not guilty,I have to send the money first to get a court

date.They say I have to. Also,I read on the internet about vehicle code

40519 B trail by written proclaimation.Ever heard of this.

You will need to contact the court that has jurisdiction over the cite to find out about their policies regarding posting bail up front and whether a written declaration is permissable. The Vehicle Code section you cited was for CA's Veh. Code regarding written declarations and certainly not applicable here.

Any applicable Nevada statute will begin with N.R.S. (Nevada Revised Statutes).

Look, you were wrong. Pay the ticket, and move on with your life. You'll spend more time and money fighting this losing battle than it's worth.
