What is the name of your state? California

Driving through San Diego county I got pulled over for making a right turn on red in a no turn on red. When I got home I looked at the ticked closer and noticed that my last name was misspelled. Is this ticket still valid or should I dispute it??? -Thanks

The misspelling is irrelevant. If the rest of the information is generally correct, you have no case in trying to move for a dismissal basd upon a misspelled word.

And having worked in San Diego County for many years, I can guarantee that such a mistake will NOT vacate the ticket.
