If the custodial makes more(like 50% more) than the noncustodial, but they share custody with the child being with the noncustodial less than half of a year, will the custodial have to pay support when the child is with the noncustodial? Also the noncstodial pays support, which some of it is in the arrears?

Since DC uses the income of both parents, it is possible that the custodial parent could pay the non-custodial parent. However, it will not be on a day to day basis. In other words, when support is figured, one parent will pay the other no matter where the child is on that day.

If the NCP owes arrears, they will have to be paid no matter what.

Try www.supportguidelines.com to get an idea of what support should be.
