What is the name of your state? WI

I work for a delivery company, and many times I am required to take two other workers with me on my deliveries. But all the trucks only have two seats. So the third person sits on a bucket or folding chair, or in the back cargo part of the truck. I know this person can be cited for not wearing a seat belt. But could the driver (me) be cited for something as well? I can't find anything in the WI laws, but I could be looking in the wrong location.

Thanks.
