My State is Virginia. What is the name of your state?
I am desperate! I moved out of the family hom with my two daughters. My husband is still in the home and has move his girlfriend into the home
with her family. He is refusing to pay the mortgage in order to hurt my
credit, and in do so the home is in foreclosure. The only way that I can
save my home is to move back into the property. I am not against this, but
my husband is very intimidating and will not let me move back in. I have run out of funds to pay my attorney to move forward, and my husband does not help with the support of my two daugthers. My home will go on sale in two weeks.
What can I do to save my home?
