What is the name of your state? Texas

My wife and I live in Texas, my wife's ex is a citizen of Mexico and lives in Mexico. He is the head manager at a software office of an American company (Microsoft.) My wife has so far gone through four lawyers in Mexico trying to get him to pay child support for thier two american (US Citizens) children, to no avail. It seems that he is buying the lawyers as soon as she retains them. Is it possible for her to move on this case from this country (U.S.) as he is employed by an American company that also does business in Texas?
