What is the name of your state? FL

Just found out husband has outstanding warrant in AL for non payment of a child support order. In the previous hearing, we was sentenced to jail (90 days), but the judge said he would place a stay on the sentence as long as the arrearage payment was made within 6 months. Although most was paid, all of it did not get paid and the ex had the stay lifted. Will they cross state lines to extradite him or would they only arrest if they have knowledge of him being there in Alabama? We still go there every other weekend to see the child.

When he goes to pay the balance, is there a way to avoid the jail time even though he has been sentenced?
