What is the name of your state? Arizona
A police officer said he caught me doing 91 in 75 about 2 weeks ago. When I asked if I could see the radar he denied me and said the state of Arizona does not guarantee the right to see the radar gun. Does anyone know if this is true and do I have any way of trying to fight this in court. Since it's a criminal speeding ticket I would like to try to get out of this ticket completly. Any help is appreciated.
